Had an awesome time here! The outdoor pool was super inviting, and I enjoyed chilling in the nice garden area. The only downside was the A/C took a little getting used to, but overall, I loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! ☀️

A family-friendly gem in Reu
We found the bungalows to be spacious and bug-free, an unexpected joy! The pool was our favorite haven, bright and inviting, especially for family fun after long days of exploring.
While we loved the ambiance, traffic noise was a bit disruptive at times, making it hard for light sleepers in our group to rest well.

The room was clean and nice, with comfy beds. The A/C was a bit tricky to figure out but kept the room at a good temperature. I stayed in a Basic Triple Room, and it had hot water whenever I needed it. No bugs at all, which was awesome! Definitely a good vibe in the room, just what we needed.

The gated property features excellent security, giving peace of mind, especially with kids running around. Pool area cleanliness stands out, with a refreshing amount of chlorine and well-lit ambiance that makes it enjoyable at night. Hot water available at all hours, and a choice of bungalows elevated off the ground adds to the overall hygienic experience.
Traffic noise and barking dogs are noticeable, as you'd find almost anywhere in the area, but keep in mind that it might still be a distraction for light sleepers. The air conditioning unit may take a little time to figure out, which could inconvenience those who expect immediate comfort upon arrival. While the overall aesthetic is decent, some rooms could use a more modern touch or decor.

Loved the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The Basic Triple Room felt spacious, with comfy beds and hot water available anytime. A/C took some figuring out but kept the room nice and cool. No bugs in sight, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was super inviting and well-lit at night, perfect for family fun. Enjoyed the bar food too, and the hospitality from Capitan at the restaurant stood out. Traffic noise was noticeable during the day, which might be a distraction for light sleepers, but it didn't ruin my experience. Overall, this place checked off many boxes for us during our stay!

It was a top selection for a brief pause in Retalhuleu with good value for the price. I loved that the staff helped us arrange a late checkout without any hassle. Bring some snacks for the pool area since there's no on-site dining option like a restaurant.
